CONSULTING SERVICES
How would you like to have your challenging
cases reviewed by a board certified specialist without being charged
for every question?
Today’s pet owners demand the highest quality of care and
YourNetVet is there to guide you.
Wouldn’t you rather maintain the continuity of patient care
(and revenue) in your practice, rather than referring it to an
outside specialist? Your next profit center could be managing the
cases that until now you have been sending to another practice.
As a member of
YourNetVet, your veterinary staff will partner with our specialists
for one low flat-rate per month. Best of all, the first month is
free!
DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING
YourNetVet
provides members access to same day teleradiography services so you
can develop an immediate plan of care oftentimes demanded by your
patient and your client.
YourNetVet
provides members access to clinical pathology interpretation
services and laboratory guides, cytology teaching sets, and other
materials to aid patient management.
INTERNAL MEDICINE, CARDIOLOGY, NEUROLOGY
The field of
veterinary internal medicine encompasses a wide array of
disciplines. Gastrointestinal, endocrine, respiratory, reproductive,
and neurological conditions are just some of the problems
encountered by the veterinarian where the symptoms are vague and the
diagnostic or therapeutic approach continues to vary in the current
medical literature. When the common symptom of a companion animal is
"not doing well" YourNetVet is there to assist members in developing
an appropriate plan to manage the patient.
YourNetVet
specialists will review the patient medical record, ECG or
echocardiogram, laboratory reports, and other vital information and
provide recommendations, client handouts, and follow up instructions
to its members.
ONCOLOGY
YourNetVet
provides access to specialists that can assist members in the
diagnosis and treatment of companion animals with cancer. YourNetVet
will review the medical record and with the veterinarian help form a
plan to improve the pet's quality of life, either with curative or
palliative intent. YourNetVet provides information to its members on
cancer recognition, cancer prevention, and cancer treatment.
YourNetVet's resources include client educational handouts and
treatment protocols.
AVIAN & EXOTICS
Pet ownership of
avian and exotic species surpasses that of the other companion
animals. YourNetVet recognizes that the information available to
veterinarians is limited. Continued advancement of the quality of
clinical practice in exotic animal medicine remains anecdotal and
the specialists of YourNetVet provide members access to databases
and case material that is helpful to improving the care of our
"alternative" companion animals.
